SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST - COMMERCIAL PROJECTS (REMOTE) -
MAYO
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is one of Irelands leading design consultancies who have
designed Mutli-award winning projects across Ireland.
Lead the technical team on various commercial and hospitality projects
Creating and developing both 2D and 3D models and working drawings
from sketches or descriptions developed by Engineers
3D models and 3D components need to be complete with metadata, as per
BIM processes
Maintain all revisions of project drawings
Revise and update models/drawings as required
Assist in team design reviews in order to evaluate design concepts
REQUIREMENTS
7+ years post qualification experience.
Degree in Architecture / Architectural Technology
Comprehensive knowledge of current building regulations
Design/architectural awareness with detailing knowledge in
construction methodologies
Have excellent communications, and interpersonal skills
Experience in commercial projects, familiarity with hospitality a
plus.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and strong experience in BIM.
Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, BCAR and on-site
experience.
Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities, site meetings and
problem-solving.
